These sweet treats are on the healthy menu!

Ingredients
2 cup whole milk Greek yogurt - Check out Chobani or Organic Probiotic Yogurt by Stonyfield
4–6 teaspoons honey
1 cup berries - My preference is blueberries and strawberries!
4 tablespoon Protein granola, check out this Magic Spoon Protein Granola 3pk
Other items needed: Standard Baking sheet & Parchment paper
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the Honey and Greek yogurt together.
Step 2
Spread the Greek yogurt into a thin, even layer on parchment paper on a sheet pan or use a silicone baking sheet.
Step 3
Wash your fruit, cut blueberries in half, and thinly slice strawberries. Place the fresh fruit on top of the yogurt spread.
Step 4
Sprinkle your favorite Protein granola on the yogurt spread.
Step 5
Place in the freezer for 3-4 hours or until firm.
Step 6
Remove from freezer and break the hardened yogurt spread into small grab & go pieces.
Step 7
Store the broken pieces in a Freezer Ziplock bag or Tupperware. Enjoy anytime you have a sweet craving!
